Ms. Headen has identified a major problem that all second degree students and also schools and colleges of nursing face. There is very limited funding for second degree students. We agree that we need to include language to specify funding for second degree students as part of state and national legislative initiatives. In addition, educational institutions should seek private funding to support second degree students.
